Practice Fields Information
General Information
The Bay Oaks practice fields are:
- Spunkmeyer 1
- Spunkmeyer 2
- Alameda Point 3
- Alameda Point 4 (U-10)
Typically, during Daylight Savings Time, practice field reservations are for one-third of the assigned field. Practice slots are for two hours: 4-6 PM and 6-8 PM.
As the days grow shorter, practice times will be adjusted proportionately. Field assignments may also change.
The practice schedule may be changed to give preference to teams who advance in cup competition. You will be notified if your team is affected by the change.
Practice Field Requests
Click on Practice Schedule to see what times remain available.
To request your preferred practice time and location, send your choice to Practice Field Scheduler. Be sure to include the coach's last name, team age and gender (e.g., Smith U12B or Jones U12G) as well as day and time preferences.
Requests will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis and posted on the web page. You will receive a direct reply with your Practice Confirmation.
Scrimmage Requests
Click on Practice Schedule to see what fields are available.
If the field you want is free, send your request to Practice Field Scheduler. Be sure to include the coach's last name, team age and gender (e.g., Smith U12B or Jones U12G) as well as the date and time of your scrimmage. You will receive a direct reply with your Field Reservation.
If the field you want is in use, contact all affected coaches and see if they will accommodate. Most coaches will work it out with you. However, they are not obligated to do so. Notify Practice Field Scheduler when your scrimmage has been scheduled.
