Problems/Concerns:  There are two avenues for providing feedback on problems and concerns.  If you want to relate a problem at the Jack London league level, such as unsafe field conditions or referee issues, you can use the Report Problem form at www.jlysl.org.  Concerns may also arise that are specific to Bay Oaks about an incident during a game or practice, a coach’s behavior, a team’s administration, or the Bay Oaks program in general. When such issues cannot be resolved through direct discussion at the team level, you can write to Concerns@bayoaks.net.  If you have questions about the appropriate course of action, please read the Bay Oaks Grievance Policy and Procedure.

Formal Grievances:  When a concern cannot be resolved informally, you may wish to initiate a formal grievance procedure.  Please read the Bay Oaks Grievance Policy and Procedure.
